My first Veggie Thanksgiving..

Quite tasty.  I had tofurky, mix vegetables and mushroom gravy.  It was quite testing at first, because the tofurky was a giant circle in the box.  At first impression, I said what the freak is that...but when I made my little baste for it, and cooked it in the vegetables, I was quite happy!  YUMMY!!  I also made a marble cake that was quite good! 

Now I am just sitting here looking at the World Music Awards...oh yeah, why the hell is Celine Dion a legend??  I mean, this music business is such a joke--record sales is no true indicator of an artist's contribution to the music scene.  Whatever happen to people making history above and beyond sales?  What about one's continuity in the business--tenacity should mean a lot!  Anyhow, the host from Nip Tuck sucks too!!!

Why do people always take their off days as an opportunity to do housework?  I put down a new floor in my den....hahaha....so much for resting on Thanksgiving!  But I realized that this day is about giving thanks for something that truly means a lot to you.  For me, it is the gift of life.  I lost someone very important to me recently--my Grandma...so to me, I am giving thanks for those that are left, as well as those times I had with her---especially during her final days!  I Love You Grandma!!
